He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and has 30 years of experience in the footwear industry and is responsible for the overall strategic decision-making of the Company and provides leadership to all operations. He brings a balanced leadership approach he values bias for action, people development, clarity of thought and most of all believes in strong team collaboration. He was a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for creating stylish and comfortable footwear.

He is an associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He was associated with IFCI Ltd. as the executive director. Apart from this, he is a Director on the Board of Rajasthan Consultancy Organization Limited and Supriya Lifescience Limited, Mumbai.
